Information from Your Google Account:

• Email Address: Used to identify you within the Add-on, pre-fill feedback forms, and manage licensing or support requests.
• User ID: A unique Google User ID helps us distinguish users without collecting additional personally identifiable information (PII).

Information You Provide through the Add-on:

• Email Content for Translation: When you initiate translation, the content of the selected email is sent to a third-party translation service (e.g., Google Translate) for processing. The Mail Translator Add-on does not store this content after translation is complete.
• Feedback Data: If submitted, we collect your name (optional), email, rating, and comments through a Google Form. This data is securely stored in a Google Sheet under our control.

Non-Personal Data:

• Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency, translation requests). This helps us improve the Add-on and does not identify you.

We use the collected information to:

• Enable Add-on Features: Power core functions like email translation.

• Aggregated or Anonymized: Non-identifiable data may be shared for analytical or service improvement.
• Google APIs Compliance: We strictly follow Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use terms.

• Email Content for Translation: Not stored by the Add-on after processing is complete; it is directly sent to and processed by the third-party translation service.

• Manage Permissions: You can review and revoke Add-on permissions anytime in your Google Account settings. Revoking key permissions may disable Add-on features.
