1. Acceptance of Terms

Mail Translator is a Google Workspace Add-on designed to facilitate the translation of email content within Gmail. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Add-on.

2. License to Use the Add-on

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Mail Translator Add-on for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using the Add-on, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with Google Policies: Adhering to Google's Terms of Service, Google Workspace Marketplace Policies, and Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Content for Translation: The content of any emails you submit for translation. You must have all necessary rights and permissions to process and translate such content through the Add-on.
• Security of Your Google Account: Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Compliance with Laws: Ensuring your use of the Add-on complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and data protection.
• No Misuse: Not using the Add-on for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

The Add-on operates within your Google Workspace environment. When you initiate a translation, the content of your email is sent to a third-party translation service (e.g., Google Translate) for processing. The Mail Translator Add-on does not store your email content or any translated data on our servers after the translation is completed. All such operations occur directly via Google's APIs and the chosen third-party translation service.

Any feedback you submit through the Add-on's dedicated feedback form is collected via Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet we control, used solely for Add-on improvement and support.

5. Disclaimers

• "As Is" Basis: The Add-on is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
• No Guarantee of Service: We do not warrant that the Add-on will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that the results of using the Add-on will meet your requirements.
• Accuracy of Translations: While we strive to provide accurate translations, the quality and accuracy of translations are dependent on the third-party translation service and are not guaranteed by Mail Translator.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Airme, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Add-on;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Add-on (including third-party translation services);
• Any content obtained from the Add-on; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content—

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Add-on will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Add-on after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
